File names must not contain spaces or certain special characters. Enter your file name into the field below, then select "Next step".

Step 3 of 4 Rename your file

Before you upload your file, you should rename your file. You should rename your file to the following:

Step 4 of 4 Upload your file to GitHub

The button will open GitHub at the correct directory to create the new folder. Upload your file in that window.

Once your file is processed, it will be listed on the “Find an existing document” page. You may need to wait several minutes, and then refresh this window.
